Just had my routine boiler service by Tom from FlameCare. I've met Tom before and it's always nice to see a familiar face. The service was straightforward with no issues to report, very happy with the work carried out.

If I ever have a problem with plumbing or heating, they come out very quickly. I’ve been very happy with their service for the last five years. Tom came today to service the boiler. Efficient as always.
My annual service was due following a letter from Flamecare. I contacted them and they gave me a 2 hour slot, very useful. Tom arrived bang on time. He was straight to work, very pleasant guy, professional and he answered all my questions. Great service would definitely recommend this company.

I have been with flamecare for 17 years with their boiler cover plan, they have always been responsive and quick to attend for any issues with my boiler radiators or pluming. The price you pay per month for cover is exceptional value compared to other companies.

I can highly recommend this company. From my initial enquiry contact call through to Shaun’s the engineer’s visit to advise the right boiler for the job and how the boiler would be installed, was highly professional and with a friendly, polite approach. Jack the installer and his apprentice were fantastic!!! Two very hard working young individuals, again polite, friendly and professional, a real asset to their business and Vicky is one of the most courteous and helpful people I have ever spoke to on the phone. If there were 6 stars I would have selected this option. Any future gas works that I need, I will be in touch. A very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend. It was refreshing to be helped in this way as too often customer services are not a priority with other companies. Well done to all at FLAMECARE and Thank you. Otis.
A big thank you to this wonderful business. Our old boiler had been on its last legs for ages. It gave up 2 weeks ago, so we contacted Flamecare after a recommendation from a family member. We had a new boiler installed by them this week which comes with a 12 year guarantee. The guys who came to do the install set a great impression of this business - they got stuck in and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The new boiler is so much quieter than the old one, and we have a portable room stat as well which we didn't have before.

We had a walk - in shower with seat installed by Flame Care. We are exceptionally pleased with the finished product. The work was done in a very professional manner and the standard of service from all of the team - Vikki, Simon, Shaun and Mick was excellent. I've been a customer of Flamecare for over 10 years and have always had excellent customer care. I had a new fuel efficient boiler fitted . Engineer arrived on time (8.45) and worked expertly through the day (no lunch break) to complete a very neat and professional job.Can't fault them.

I have been a Flamecare customer since 2011 and have a plan that covers my heating and all plumbing.
I have my boiler serviced annually, they send me a letter and get me booked in at a time that suits me and have had the lads carry out various additional jobs for me over the years like fitting new towel rails, new taps etc and have always been satisfied with their work and have always been highly satisfied with my bills.
On the occasions that I have had a problem, they always come out the same day or the next day depending on the urgency of the job and never leave me waiting like the old company I used to be with who left me with no heating or hot water for 5 days when I had a 5 week old baby.
We have recently moved house and I needed some old pipework removing, old pipework replacing and some relocating that was an eyesore. Plumber Jack and young Jack who is still at school and works Saturdays arrived on time and made a fantastic job. The pipework is so neat and tidy, they don't even need boxing in.
They left the room clean and tidy, used dust sheets and were so friendly and professional, I had to leave a review.

Had boiler care with them paid monthly had fault on boiler needed new part they would not fix it tried to sell me a replacement the care they provide is just a route to fit new boiler cancelled my payment if i had stayed with British Gas they would have repaired it
A very good experience from the flamecare people arranged a date to fit my new boiler which was not easy being a old house very nice team of fitters got on with their work and did a fantastic job
